Johnston's comprehensive warranties are just another example of how we are dedicated to giving you all the support you need throughout the working life of your sweeper.
Basic warranty
All original equipment comes with a 12 months or 2,000 hours (whichever is the sooner) standard warranty. For even greater peace of mind, our warranty can be extended to 3 years or 6,000 hours, at various levels of cover.
All new sweepers are supplied with a 10 year debris hopper body corrosion warranty. This covers the hopper body against rust perforation, corrosion perforation and any failure of the internal hopper protective coatings for 10 years, subject to terms and conditions. In addition to this, Johnston North America also provide a five year warranty to cover the sweepers impellor / suction fan drive system. Coverage includes all components between the engine flywheel and the suction fan, subject to terms and conditions.
Ultimately, Johnston warranties provide complete confidence in your vehicle and long term protection against unforeseen costs.
