JNA Completes 2-Day Regional Training School
Hosted by Carolina Industrial Equipment, the Johnston North America Regional Training School class was designed to introduce the new VT651 to dealer technicians as well as review previous models. JNA Service Representative, Bill Sutliff, combined the VT 650/800 with the VT651/801 into a ” vacuum training” session. Sutliff presented a powerpoint presentation, with 300 slides, comparing old with new that covered operation, maintenance and adjustments to help troubleshoot issues correctly and to make the machine work efficiently and get the “maximum life” out of wear components to minimize “cost of ownership”. A 650 and a 651 was present for “hands-on” inspections. The new VT651 was “serial #1” in North America so everyone was seeing it for the first time.
The second day focused on the RT655 and the Compact models, CN101 and C201. Nine dealers represented with 21 attendees were on hand for the class. Two more of the schools are scheduled in the coming months. One in Salt Lake City and the other in Syracuse, NY.
Feedback was very positive on both the training class and especially for the VT651. Sutliff was quite pleased with the turnout and the active participation of the attendees.
